BMMsoft Server provides a robust solution that allows you to have version control and auto-classification of multiple data types. Auto-classification is the process where individuals can create projects and groups for collaboration so that all emails and documents are grouped. In addition, key words or phrases can be used to screen and group emails and documents so as to see a full-view of a customer, issue, key-word.
We provide you with 3 levels of functionality to fit every budget:
- Advanced: Document Versioning, Document Check-In via E-mail, Auto-classification
- Intermediate: Full-text Search, retention limits
- Basic: Email and document archive with Metadata search
Not all users within your organization need the same access. We provide for varied views of the data types within your organization. With FusionView, the user has a powerful "all-in-one" view of all data types including transaction data from the organization. For example: This would allow for a full customer view of all proposals, emails and transactions where the customer name or number exists.
For each user, select only the BMMsoft Server functionality you need:
- FusionView ("all-in-one"): allows viewing, cross-search and analysis of transaction data with Email and documents
- Document Only: Archive, Compliance, Versioning, Flow Control, Search, Collaboration and Publishing
- Email Only: Archive, Compliance, Search and Collaboration
